Full-time Call Center & Customer Support Representative (Remote - US PST Shift)

Our client is a leading provider of cloud-based CRM solutions for sales and marketing teams. They help mid-market enterprises in the financial services industry streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and drive sales growth.


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Call Center & Customer Support Representative to join the team. This dual-purpose role involves both outbound cold calling to generate sales appointments and providing internal customer service support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound calling, strong communication skills, and technical aptitude to handle customer service tasks within the CRM platform.


This opportunity is a remote full time role open to candidates in the Philippines.



Requirements
  • Prior cold calling experience in a call center, sales, or lead generation role
  • Excellent English-speaking skills with a professional and engaging phone presence
  • Comfortable using phone technology (dialers, call scripts, CRM software)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection to support remote work
  • Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours

Responsibilities
Activity #1: Outbound Call Center Representative (Lead Generation)
  • Make outbound calls to prospective contacts to schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow call scripts and adapt messaging to engage potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for calls made and appointments scheduled
  • Utilize phone technology efficiently to optimize outreach efforts

Activity #2: Internal Customer Service Support
  • Learn and execute specific customer service tasks offloaded from the main support team
  • Assist with technical customer support functions, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Use tools like Excel and CRM software to organize and manage customer data
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to internal customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless service

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical customer support or CRM-related role
  • Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools
  • Prior experience in SaaS-based customer service or CRM software is a plus
